Every year at conference Nominations are taken for the following positions;
- Election of conference Chair (Candidates can make 2 minute election address to Conference prior to the vote)
- Election of members to GDPC
- Honorary Treasurer of Conference
- One Representative to the Board of Managers of the British Dental Guild
- Two Honorary Auditors to the Conference
- One representative to the Conference Agenda Committee (who are not members of the GDPC at the time of election)
